OMG, the staff were, like, super helpful! Had a little hiccup with my room, but they totally switched me to another one and fixed the AC. The hotel's vibe is super clean and bright. Perfect location to explore! Such a cute spot.

Perfect location above McDonald's in the heart of everything.

I found the noise levels unbearable, as there was constant disturbance from the street below. Additionally, the staff's lack of engagement during breakfast made the experience uncomfortable. It was extremely disappointing that the room wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival, which set a negative tone for my stay.

the staff here seemed positively disinterested in helping with basic issues, which was shocking, given my expectations. the back alley view was simply charming, if you enjoy listening to buzzing noises from McDonald’s. i woudl have appreciated a complimentary aperitif for all the discomfort, but alas, that was too much to ask. just disappointing overall.

Insulation really falls short. outside noise creeps in, making sleep a challenge. The lack of toilet paper rolls in the bathroom is pretty inconvenient, especially considering how thin the provided paper is. Also, some languages barriers can complicate even simple requests, like laundry service, which wasn't handled as expected—the clothes returned without ironing like no one cared.

The room insulation was lacking, leading to noise disturbances from outside which affected sleep quality.

The staff was helpful, especially Eyup bey who contacted me on WhatsApp ensuring we had everything. The rooftop terrace was a hit for us, fantastic views of the area, perfect spot for sunset dinners.

It wasn't inexpensive but for the service, it was palatable.

Had an awesome time here! The breakfast was a delicious start to my day, and I loved chilling out on the rooftop terrace during evenings for those fantastic views. Just a tiny suggestion, having a bit more toilet paper would make mornings easier, but overall, totally recommend this spot! 😊

Great location! Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour security were a plus. The bed was a bit hard.
